Auditions for entrance to the dance department are held three times during the academic year. Admission to the university is made through the Office of Admission at TCU. Dancers are required to audition to be accepted as a ballet or modern dance major and enter the program for a one-year trial period, during which time their potential and progress are evaluated. For additional information contact the main office of The School for Classical & Contemporary Dance at TCU.

International Students follow the same university admissions procedures. Only international students may audition via video or DVD.
